Marketing & Business Development Representative

Position Objective:

Research and develop sales opportunities, plan and implement new sales market strategies, build a robust sales pipeline and consistently sell Clear.Live Web Conferencing and Webinar services. Clear.Live is a local Start-Up TECH company who offers simple, safe, affordable, and fully HIPPA compliant Web Conferencing solutions for business and personal use. We offer advanced add-on features, private white-labelled or co-branded conferencing solutions that meet every user need, at 40% less than the competition. Clear.Live is Web Conferencing reimagined with extreme end-to-end 256-bit security encryption. We are a Maine built Start-Up with local, dedicated client service, and ready to launch globally early 2022. Located at beautiful 100 Main Street Saco, The Mill, we plan to be a market disrupter of a $5 billion annual industry.

Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for creating an engaging sales and marketing plan, hunting and harvesting sales opportunities, constant customer follow-up, cold calling, email blasts, and promotional literature campaigns. Generate consistent new revenue sales, establish strategic business relationships, market share and brand awareness.
  •  Willing to promote the Clear.Live’s brand and introduce our Start-Up
    Enterprise-grade products to the market. Attend networking and relationship management activities, and actively build a 30-60-90-day sales funnel.
  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting improvements to achieve common shared goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  •  Implement new sales plans, identify new Master Agents and customers to grow revenue and active digital advertising.
  •  Help to establish and maintain strategic level relationships with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs, pain points, and anticipating new opportunities.
  • Research and target key market segments / virtual partners both enterprise business and resellers.
  • To be successful, the candidate must have strong personal core values, unwavering integrity, professional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. The candidate must possess good active listening skills, with a coachable attitude, and good critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Teamwork and collaboration is a must. Preferred to have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
  • Maintain attendance requirements for scheduled hours and meetings. Ability to work varied schedules, including occasional evenings to attend professional networking events.
  •  Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic, team oriented, motivated, empathetic with professional mannerisms, and learning / adaptability skills.

Additional Training and Skills and/or Experience:

  • Business Sales and Marketing. Experience or willingness to make targeted business calls and active networking.
  • Critical thinking at executive / decision-maker levels with the ability to overcome initial objections.
  • Creative problem resolution skills. Ability to establish priorities and multi-task.
  • Ability to be cross trained in a multi-functional team setting. Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a energetic positive attitude
  •  Provide prompt, dependable follow-through.  Plan and organize effective goals and objectives.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT). WordPress, SaaS, and CRM experience a plus

Education Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Bachelor’s degree (Highly Preferred)

Salary:

  • $37,500 – $44,000

Sales Account Executive

Position Objective:

Discover leads and close sales deals with new prospects and existing clients by creating detailed business sales plans to reach predetermined goals and quotas by managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal. As an Account Executive with Clear.Live, you will strive to understand and meet your clients’ goals while understanding their business needs and pain points in order to effectively offer solution options.   • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and cold calling to turn business prospects into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients
  • Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implement new sales plans, identify new Master Agents and customers to grow revenue and achieve quota objectives.
  • Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s brand reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.

Additional Training and Skills and/or Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.
  •  Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  •  A business acumen
  •  Enthusiastic with a positive attitude and passionate
